Invent Learning Hub, USA
I had the privilege of working with the team at Invent Learning Hub in Indiana, USA, a school that is bravely ditching the traditional playbook to build a culture of innovation for students who truly need it. We spent Day 1 stripping away the theory and getting our hands dirty with the messy, awkward reality of Design Thinking—from deep empathy interviews to building prototypes out of cardboard. It was a powerful reminder that if we want our students to be fearless problem-solvers, we have to be willing to step out of our comfort zones and be beginners first.
If Day One was about the 'fun' of sticky notes, Day Two was about the gritty reality of making Design Thinking count in the actual gradebook. I guided the Invent Learning Hub team through the challenging process of building Transdisciplinary Units, transforming rigid state standards into immersive, real-world performance tasks where students stop acting like test-takers and start acting like professionals. It’s heavy lifting to redesign a curriculum this way, but as we saw with their renewable energy prototypes, it’s the only way to build a classroom that truly prepares kids for the future.

I partnered with the Praxis Program at the International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) to establish a shared vision for Design Thinking, ensuring the methodology was integrated into units in a way that was both meaningful and effective. This collaboration focused on equipping students with essential mindsets and practices, embedding innovation directly into the curriculum.

Facilitated a virtual professional development workshop for HelloMotion High School in Indonesia, focusing on the strategic integration of Design Thinking into their secondary curriculum. The session moved beyond theory, equipping faculty with actionable frameworks to embed creative problem-solving directly into their instructional design and daily teaching practice. Collaborating with such a forward-thinking and engaged staff was a powerful reminder of the global momentum behind student-centered innovation.

STEM EDUCATION
The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) focuses on a holistic, inquiry-driven education that naturally aligns with the rigorous demands of modern STEM fluency. I partnered with their academic team to share a transdisciplinary STEM approach directly into the curriculum, ensuring that technical skills are taught within the context of authentic, real-world problem-solving. This collaboration focused on creating a sustainable framework that allows teachers to deliver rigorous, interdisciplinary learning experiences across all grade levels.

At American School in Vietnam, I facilitated a professional development session focused on elevating their technology integration practices. Recognizing that digital tools are most transformative when grounded in strong pedagogy, I centered the training on Project-Based Learning (PBL) to demonstrate how technology acts as a catalyst for authentic inquiry. This strategic focus moved the conversation beyond simple tool adoption, helping educators understand that technology is most impactful when used to power rigorous, real-world student challenges.
